Manny did not agree to the testing, and did not say **** until Konz admitted they only agreed up to 7 days out of the fight, now all the sudden we are expected to beleive it was Floyds fault?
Honestly team Pacquiao is using Mayweather as foil, once they agree to the testing the fight will be made, and from there Floyd will expose him.
