Just watched this absouloute brutal match, one of the best 108lbs match ups. m sure you are all aware who Carbajal is. Domingo Sosa (all i have seen is this bout) was a tall, quick boxer not elusive but had good movement and fine combos. The bout itself is excellant a mini Hagler vs Hearns. (except for some blatently bias refereeing) Anyone else seen this classic?
...I do indeed have it. I'm sticking it on, you said it was a Hagler/Hearns...you best not have overhyped it otherwise I'm comin' for you G.
Dude. You really are blind aren't you? It was a brutal one-sided beating. Carbajal hammered this guy into submission, Sosa barely threw a shot with conviction after being knocked down in the first.
Sosa was throwing back and moving superbly at times i thought he was holding his own easy and trading with Carbajal.
It blows my mind mate. Even the commentators were saying how badly he was getting beaten. His corner almost came in on two occasions to stop it before they eventually did. Sosa, what crap he did land, was pitter patter, and just trying to keep Carbajal off him, who was landing BOMBS. Watch it again mate. Not competitive.
I honestly thought it was a class fight, it was one-sided but it was very exciting, the cut added extra drama. Also the result should actually be a Carbajal winby DQ as the corner enetere dthe ring.
