Hi there. I am relatively new to boxing but i just fell in love with the sport.
Onto the subject. I live in Estonia and the boxing gyms i know are on break and i cant find any open ones right now. I have about a two month frame where i decided to work on my abdomen and cardio.
    My routine is following:
    5 to 6 times a week.
1000 robe jumps, legs closed. (10 set of hundred jumps)
    600 crunches. (Various sets)
    250 sit ups (Various sets)

And later in the day i go for a run wich took me 1h:50 to finish with 4 or five breaks. Now its 1h:20 and only two breaks.
I run 1/4 of the route breathing through my nose and before the first break i go all out for a 300 m run and before the second break i run upstair as fast as possible.

I´m wondering if this will be enough for a 8 to 10 round fight and will the sit ups and crunches be any good for my abdomen.

    Apologies for bad English.

Nowhere near enough. You need to do alot of strength and endurance work for power if you don't have access to the gym. If you don't have equipment then do press-ups, squats etc with your bodyweight, to train endurance. You can't be serious about training for an 8-10 round fight. That routine wont have you feeling good in a 3 round fight. With your core work remember to train the lower core, the back and the sides of your body.

The kid didn't just recommend body weight squats, did he? :patsch

Workout sounds good. Dont forget to hit your obliques.
