Cardio is the best and easy way to keep body fit & active all the day. There are many simple work out of cardio that can be done with out any special training or equipment. You can do it at any time with in a day like:-
    Running,
    sprinter,
    Walk,
    Jumping rope,
    Bicycling,
    Swimming,

My little brother is a boxing player and he do cardio regular because it build stamina & convert body fat into strong group of muscles.

you play basketball, tennis and soccer, you don't play boxing.
Also you can't turn fat into muscle that is a myth, and yes stamina is one of the most important things in boxing. Most who train like myself know how it feels to get into the ring and gas the first few seconds for you're first sparring session and shell up scared.

Got a feeling English isnt your 1st language, let Him keep doing what He does. At the end of the day, the Heart is the Highway of everything.

I have a horrible stamina I gas out late in rounds 2 and in round 3. What should I do to increase my stamina?

I usually do jump rope for 20 minutes and burpees at home, but should I also jog and do sprints for better stamina?

I think you need to go to a proper gym to get proper advice. Your current trainer don't sound good.

    Variety is the key.
You can have excellent cardio from riding a bike for example, but realize minimal benefits from it in boxing cuz your legs are only efficient at one thing.

Jump rope and burpees are great, just add some diversity. You're on the right track with jogs & sprints.
