Caribe promotions says no more obstacles for Rigondeaux

    All deals have been reached between Caribe and TR, the fight is ON.
    A massive support from the cuban community is expected, Mayor Regalado is involved and Rigo will be in charge of lighting up the enthusiasm of the traditional plaza of boxing that have always been the cuban community.
    Caribe says that this time Rigo will be 100% focus and nothing will interfere with his preparation for this fight.No legal issues, no controversies.
    Where is Donaire?

    You keep trying to make it sound like TR got this far into the negotiations without Donaire being on board. You know damned well Rigo was on Donaire's 'hit list' for this year. Too bad Mares fled. Oh well, GBP needs to squeeze a few more bucks out of him 'in house' I guess.

    Few days ago you're complaining about caribe saying the deal wasn't finalized, I bring you the news of TR and Caribe finalizing and agreeing on all the terms for this fight. You instead can't provide any prove of nonito agreeing or giving his impressions for this fight.Its not an anti donaire campaign. I'm just asking you to provide the same proves you asked me.
    I don't think nonito will disobey his master, he did it once and was brought back on a leash. If Arum says fight Rigo, he won't have a choice.

    Last I heard Donaire was on a cruise. I have no idea if he is back yet. Besides, as I've said, Rigo is on Donaire's hit list. That has been published. I haven't heard anything of Donaire saying things like he won't fight until TR and Caribe iron out their legal differences. Have you heard Donaire give any indication he won't fight Rigo?

    The obvious difference that the people on Donaire's hit list have expressed a mutual interest. I haven't heard Niky and Jen mention you. Well not by your ESB handle anyhow. I promise to ask next time I run into them though.:D

    Yeah, according to Schaefer $1 million is "low-ball" even though it is double his previous best. So, he got #2 instead of #3 and for a quarter mill less. Damned Arum anyhow. :roll:
