You’ve got an awful grasp of height if you think Hearn, 6’4” guy, is 6’7”. Maybe you’re only 6’. Hearn claims 6’5”, which is an exaggeration in itself, so he’s obviously not underselling himself by two inches. Joshua is legitimately near enough 6’6” and always looks substantially taller than Hearn.
One’s swearing Eddie’s 6’7”, the other’s pegging him at 6’4”. Split the difference — the missing inches are all in the syrup. That hair system’s doing more heavy lifting than half his recent fight cards
Met him a few times at hotel bars and boxing events - he likes the Marriot Hotel and Crowne Plaza. First time I met him was in The Marriot Hotel bar in Glasgow the night before Ricky Burns v Terence Crawford. Mingled well with everyone and is actually a good laugh away from the cameras. Engages well with boxing fans and I have found him the same every time I have come across him.
Look at the relevant photo and video footage for five minutes. It’s like claiming Mike Tyson is 6’, Bernard Hopkins is 6’4”, or Callum Smith is 6’6”. You’re 6’3” in Hogan trainers fitted with Klitschko’s lifts and you forgot to wear them when you met Hearn.
I've only seen Hearm from a few feet away rather than met him but have a son who's legit 6 foot 5 and they were comparable. On his persona - my other half works in comms (away from boxing) and has encountered him - he's down as my other half's "free pass" if she ever got the chance, she was so taken with him each time. "Beautiful man" she calls him. I'm still formulating my free pass on the slim chance that Eddie fancies a 5-foot-3 Scottish woman for the weekend.
Frampton makes sense but at the same time is being very modest here. He would beat a guy like Bent like a dog.
