Barry's an egomaniac. He took Carl away from Sky because he is a greedy cnut who wanted a bigger slice of the pie. He wanted to be a manager and promoter which as we all know is a massive conflict of interest.

He's in a position where no TV company wants Carl so they've gone cap in hand to Haymon.

He won't deal with Eddie because his pride is dented.

Both Barry and Eddie are egomaniacs to be honest. All promoters are but Barry seems as though he has no interest in doing a deal with Eddie for whatever reason. I think from what I have heard Eddie is right in everything he is doing and in my opinion being more than fair with the offer. He wants 60% split and Eddie has said if you win then you can have it, surely they fancy Carl to win it given that 75% of people would probably favour Carl anyway. Seems mad to me, Carl should sack off Barry in my opinion, known to be an nightmare to work with when he was a boxer and he seems even worse now.
