If Haymon wants to invest in a UK show, fantastic. Perhaps that is what Frampton means with the 'we'll have our say soon' message. I hope so

Whatever happens they are both going to get paid a lot of money and we will get a fantastic fight

yup agree, i dont think there is any "co-incidence" in Frampton signing with Haymon and in turn the talks starting back up with Eddie saying it will be announced by friday if the fight goes on he said he is meeting up to talk business either today or 2moro with Mcguigans team. I initially thought Frampton would deal with Quigg fairly easily I may have been wrong initally. to me its a complete 50/50 now if it is agreed the fight will go ahead in Feb.

Just watched the IFL interview with Shane McGuigan and Frampton and I've gotta say how embarrassing it was to see Shane McGuigan has picked up the same juvenile traits as his old man with his childish comments throughout the interview.

I hope Quigg smashes Frampton and puts an end to the McGuigan band wagon.

I hardly ever post on here but i had to login to agree with this. Shane McGuigan's comments during the interview were pathetic, his conduct was almost childlike. Boasting about how important his Dad is was particularly sad something tells me he has done this a few thousand times in his life.

Both Barry McGuigan as a boxer and Eddie Hearn as a promoter will be remembered as significant figures in boxing in the future.

Shane McGuigan will barely be remembered at all but at least he will be able to remind people how important his Dad is.

Didn't see the interview but what's the problem with him praising his dad. Barry guided him to a world title in front of 16000 fans in his hometown. He has been his manager since the start. He definitely deserves credit. Had he of been just with hearn he probably would have had to travel for his shot. Shot at a regular or interim belt that is...

Some absolute ball bags on here. Shane McGuigan was completely level headed as usual in that interview. Hearn is the pathetic one, Frampton has him down to a tee, "smug."

Terrible small-minded jealousy towards Frampton on here. Very weak-minded.

I like Frampton but god isn't Shane McGuigan a childish so & so? Almost made me vomit some of the comments he was making about Quigg & Hearn in that interview

I'm wondering how tall Shane is, because he has obviously inherited his fathers " little man syndrome " and inferiority complex.

Lets hope there are no hiccups with negotiations this time, as its time lots of questions were answered.

Frampton is a very talented fighter, but he must have lots of sleepless nights thinking about how Quigg obliterated his career highlight in 4 minutes.

    Just remember this..

Solaris (Blobby Nelson) HOUNDS Frampton over this yet thinks he will win.

He's got himself covered, so why the constant slagging? :think
