    Basically, what you're saying is:

"I've imagined a completely fictitious set of events and am now inserting them into what actually happened."

The only people disrespectful were Quigg and Munroe. End of debate.

I didn't see anything dis-respectful that was said from either Munroe or Quigg, nor McGuigan who was simply backing his own fighter. But what Barry didn't seem to accept was that his fighter is #3 where as Munroe is #1 in Britain at the current time. Fights between all three would be great match ups but until that happens Munroe is top dog with Quigg in between.

But they were saying things like "Why should we fight Frampton?" Well, other than getting panned in his first title challenge, what has Munroe done? What has Quigg done other than beat up on shot fighters and get decked by light-punchers?

to be fair taylor, barry is a very very savy man, and he has that gift of the gab skill to be able to subtly undermine people questioning what he says. Maybe in this instance its due to complete faith in frampton, i dunno.

He wasn't disparaging either guy though - he said he felt Frampton could beat both but said both were good fighters. It's not in his interest to downplay Munroe or Quigg if he wants Carl to fight them.

It was Quigg and Munroe who started laughing at Barry for saying, quite reasonably, that Frampton could beat both. it's not like the idiots that said Audley could beat Haye, that WAS worth laughing at.

I thought Barry tried his hardest not to take the shine off the lads, Smith kept asking him questions. You got Rendall sitting there in a cardy he took out of a bin of a grandson not happy with his nan's knitting laughing at Bazza along with Quigg.

Barry lives his fighting spirit through Frampton and did well not to reel back to years and start taking guys out on set. I think he'd spark Munroe first, then Nelson as he tries intervene (No racist) then hit Quigg with a jab leaving Quigg on floor and Smith, Barry turns to spark him see's the fear in Smith's eyes and un-clenches fist pats him on shoulder and walks out of building.

Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson have created a monster in Scott Quigg. He was such a mild mannered young man, then they invited him onto the Fight Nights as a guest and then the ****-stirring started. "What do you think about Frampton?" Smith asked, "could you beat Carl...errr... Frampton" Johnny followed up with. It was all too much for Quigg, and he cracked. He broke into a half-grin and began to give them what they wanted. He's never looked back, and on Ringside we saw the maturation and rise of a future P4P trash-talker.

Both Quigg and Monroe laughed at Frampton cos he hasn't fought anyone yet. Which is correct.

Neither has Quigg. Munroe has. Still doesn't give you the right to disrespect another fighter.
