If he wins this we'll be treated to the standard joke mandatory, then a warm-up fight, then probably Kiko III.
Or Solaris you racist **** he will go after LSC again who is ducking him or maybe he will defend against Quigg, Carl Frampton has stepped up unlike Quigg who's best Win is past it Munroe, he couldn't even beat a guy at best top 10 in Salinas so go **** yourself because come September 6th Carl Frampton is a world champion.
Except he won't because he will be the IBF champion not some Regular champion the only IBF champion in the world your clearly a dumb ****** not to know the difference between being WBA Regular champion when another fighter is the WBA champion and being the IBF champion otherwise every single fighter in the UK is a paper champion because no UK figher is number 1 in the division so is Froch a paper champion seen as he holds the belt Carl is fighting for.
Their both good kids Carl and Scott. In regards to Quigg if I was him I would politely asking my promoter why he wasn't able to beat McGuigan to get him the Martinez fight..? Since he's driving the great sky vehicle and little Barry's on BN why couldn't he out negotiate him..? Anyway Quigg will fight somebody in the top 30 next IMO and wait to hopefully get it on with Carl in early 2015
I'm still surprised that kiko has agreed to this fight at all. All reason and logic would suggest it is a bad deal for him. How did I they get him, I wonder?
Frampton making some bold statements in press yesterday, making out as if the first fight was an easy one and that he'll knock Martinez out even earlier. I wouldn't be so sure. Martinez is looking dangerous atm. The first fight was neck n neck right up until the KO, I actually feared for Frampton a few times as he was constantly moving around the ring, almost getting boxed in in the corner. If Frampton gets a bit complacent/over-confident I could see a shock on the cards. Needs to be careful
Kiko is a proud man and wants to avenge that defeat. He asked his team for this fight although they had good offers to go back to Japan. He might lose again, but nobody could say he is a coward :deal
His professional pride certainly played a part. It is very brave of the man alright. The ol cha-Ching, dinero was important too I'd say. He probably reckoned he will earn as much in this one fight as 3 other defences. Plus he would, as you say, have to go to places like japan, for small money and poor TV coverage. At any point something could go wrong, a cut, an injury etc. So maybe they figured on balance coming back to Ireland, a place he is familiar with and facing a guy he is familiar with was the lesser of two evils. The devil you know is better than the devil you don't! :thumbsup
If Frampton wins and by no means a certainty, he will surely have to face Chris Avalos next as he is mandatory. I suppse that will be fourth fight up in their BN deal so maybe Quigg after. See what happens on Sept 6 though
