    Carl's single punch shots from range are beautiful. Reminds me of my G David Deron Haye.

Carl lands left hook to the body.

    This is why sparring is important, Frampton has lost his cuteness and footwork which made him dance around foes and his timing isn't right. He's badly ring rusted but to be fair Garcia fighting the fight of his life.

    Every now and again Frampton produces a punch of brilliance
