Yes, he jumped right up ready to go...after he was counted out.
If he wanted to continue, he would've been concerned with getting on his feet instead of smiling at Frampton. He was done.

 

No Cazares should have looked at the ref read the count and get up before the 10 count i can't believe there is any controversy about this stoppage, The ref counted to ten Cazarez didn't even try to rise until the 10 count he was still on his knees at the count of 9.

 

Its not the ref's job to do that. Its the fighter's job to get up before he is counted out

this guys been pro 17 years and is a two division world champion, he was still on his knees at the count of ten and didnt even try to get up until it was waved off.

If he want to make it look believable he would have got up at just after 9

 

Not really , the ref reach 9 and cazares was still on his knee, so when the ref waved it it meant 10 and he was still on his knee

Some common sense is needed sometimes, he was clearly ready to continue.

Ref should of got to 9 then said give me your gloves maybe? Like other refs do.

 

He has to be standing up in order for that to happen. :conf

 

Yea sure let's bend the rules for convenience sake. And while we're at it why didn't the ref just give him a couple of extra seconds to turn his head around, and get up. Then there wudn't have been no stoppage.

The more i look at that stoppage the more i think Cazares just didn't want to know he is a vetern of 17 years former world champion, he heard the ref's count as well as the time keeper saying 8-9-10 all the time he just stayed on his knees only trying to get up after the 10 count, if he rose at 9 and was counted out while rising then i'd be more inclined to say it should have gone on or that he messed the count up. The ref's job is to count Cazares made no attempt to rise during the count so was rightly stopped.
