That would have made Belfast look so bad, ironically I mentioned Stapulionis ending Richard Williams comeback, the same Richard Williams who was beaten by an unknown Argentine called Sergio Martinez in the Kings Hall in... Belfast

Shane McGuigan is backstage wrapping the hands of Carl Frampton - who is yawning.

Buncey: "I like to see a fighter yawning - shows he's on edge & ready"

Actually it shows he needs oxygen...

Baby K was a decent contender for a few years and briefly held a belt (defeating a decent guy, not really an outright paper titlist in Jose Navarro and defending successfully against solid journeyman Cecilio Santos) - a nice stylist, with excellent head & upper body movement and educated jab... though he carried very little power and didn't have the best chin.

He was a super fly in his prime ...and is facing a natural featherweight eleven years his junior tonight. :!:

Actually that's true. Manny athletes yawn a lot when they're ready for action

And because one summer he apparently showed up to a camp tanned with his jet black hair and goatee.

So, why are Martinez and Frampton rematching? I thought Frampton won pretty decisively the first time.

Is it because Martinez has a belt?

    Ring a bell now?

He took what seemed like (and for several years proved to be) a career-ending beating from a peak Raging Bull:
