    Frank at it again! lol. F me. Luke Jackson! Frank is a proper conman. He knows the stadium will still fill because Carl's fans are loyal. He can pay Luke a small purse in comparison to a big name and pocket nicely on ticket sales. Hahahaha. Frank! lol
