Always seems to be the case for him at 126. And not only is he above his optimum weight here, he's pretty much washed-up.

Frampton's résumé is poor, fat with these kind of heavily leveraged fights, and yet he's always seemed to get something of a pass for it where a lot of other fighters don't in online boxing fan circles.

Frampton looking very sharp, superb timing tonight. He is so smooth to watch when he fights like this, Donaire just looks a bit slower, he seems to have lost some of his legendary timing. But he's always dangerous.

Donaire should have quit when he was outboxed against old man Darchinyan.

TBF Donaire was similar, a small Narvaez, old men like Nishioka and Arce.

Not saying Donaire didn't have some great wins, but his record is more about great names than great wins IMO

 

Nonito just has no jab, if he just pumped out a jab to set up his power punches he would be w much more difficult fighter to fight against.

 

I still hold out hope for one of those left hooks to land hard and make it interesting.
