Not sure how anyone can think this is as clear cut as is being suggested by some on here!! If anything I think Quigg has the potential to hurt Frampton moreso than Frampton doees with Quigg. Whwn it comes down to it, the grit, determination and body punches of Quigg will see him through IMHO!!
Grit and determination are all well and good, but won't make up for the gulf in skill here. Getting hit flush by a puncher like Frampton round after round will catch up to him IMO. Remember Kiko is very hard to hit clean, that's why Frampton couldn't stop him in the rematch. Quigg is not hard to tag clean, and that will be him downfall against Frampton. Quigg IS an excellent body-puncher, and yes he will have some success with this against Frampton with this too. Frampton won't be able to avoid getting hit with a certain amount of Quiggs shots, no doubt. But to unload those body-shots Quigg has to square-up big time, and has to have his feet planted flat in the canvas. Frampton can negate a lot of this by keeping Quigg turning, turning, turning, and not allowing him to get set to unload those big body-shots...and of course all the while Frampton will be nailing Quigg with his own big shots too, don't forget that.
Now now Scott is in a very difficult fight on the 22nd against a very dangerous opponent who in the 21st century has zero footage on the internet and no one is quiet sure what he looks likes, He has to come through this "huge" test first whilst defending his "world title" b4 even thinking about a Frampton fight
I think this is a genuine 50/50 fight more so than any other elite fight in UK, but with the way Quigg is wrongly being wrote of it could give him that little bit more ammunition to edge victory.
I must be one of the morons but I still think frampton points early before quigg KO once he realises he is losing
