You make a good point. The Dutch have very few prize fighters and Amsterdam is a lovely city with many attractions.

London is neutral and Glasgow would be more neutral than both London or Vegas

would you like to start whining now about Froch's defeat to Ward in Vegas or will you wait until it actually happens?

You might as well get a head start and begin whining immediately. If you whine before, during and then for many months after the fight, it will be beneficial for your self-esteem and will help you with the coping process. Studies show that anticipatory whining is highly therapeutic -- so start early and whine about the non-neutrality of Vegas (Froch's on the record statements notwithstanding) as often as you possibly can. Take every chance to whine and do so with great gusto and extreme petulance.

lol Froch is contractually obliged to fight in Vegas if he makes it to the final. So what do you expect him to say; 'I'm definately going to get robbed'? It's hardly going to endeer him to the officials is it. Froch is just being diplomatic because he has to fight there eventually. You tards can't seriously believe Las Vegas will be totally neutral, its a few hours from Son of Sven's backyard and IN HIS OWN COUNTRY

Fight should be in vegas with 1 american judge, 1 british judge, 1 russian judge and a mexican ref

I wouldn't say he was biased on that fight alone, no, however, there was a huge contradiction in what he allowed between the two fights. In the Hatton bout, he wouldn't allow any inside work and then in the Calzaghe bout, he allowed Hopkins to work on the inside all the time.

I think the way he handled the Hopkins fight was pretty much perfect and that's the right amount of rough stuff which should be allowed. However, what does bother me is how he changed his stance completely over two fights in a short space of time, both of which favoured the American fighter.

    I think so too.

This idea that Vegas is neutral is ridiculous. It's an American fighting in America against an Englishman. Considering how incredibly patriotic America is, does anyone seriously think that Froch could have an advantage or it even be 100% fair? No chance.

Ward is in first place and Abraham is in 4th place. So Ward should get hometown advantage.

Ward is half english.. So a fight vs abraham in london would be a homtown fight for him somewhat?:deal

If anything, shouldn't it be the other way around? If we want the competition to be as fair as possible, why not give the guy who is in fourth place an advantage? The standings so far show he's the worst of the lot and Ward is the best, so does Ward deserve another advantage?

It's about 9 hours away and people in Oakland don't even know who the **** Ward is. If you want to argue neutrality fine, but make valid arguments.

We are no more patriotic than any of you Europeans so get over yourself. There is no groundswell of support for Ward anywhere in the states and certainly not in Vegas.

Also why should Froch have an advantage, the point is for neither of them to. If you really think there is going to be a conspiracy though behind the scenes for the biggest Gambling mecca in the entire world over some obscure fighter with no following from Oakland then I don't know what to tell you. I guess you are just getting your ducks in a row now.
