That would be epic. Frankly, I think he'll probably start losing a lot of his in the near future as I can't see him contiuning to ride his luck the way he has in his last couple of fights. If your are always one small step away from losing then it doesn't take much to turn that around. Take DLH for instance. In his early career it seemed like he was able to just do enough to pull out the victories but as he got older it changed and he could only just do enough to lose. I worry about that happening to Froch.

But could you imagine the type of fights availible to him if he could win...or even look good in coming second or something? If he can keep his health and avoid a crushing defeat he could litterly have 4 or five huge fights agaisnt guys like Pavlik, Pascal, Bute, and others after the super six is done.

Waiting eagerly for his first loss, cant stand the guy now. Supported him against JT but the arrogance and lack of class he showed after the fight with Dirrell changed my attitude toward him.

Froch has the right attitude. Wish more fighters were like him.

agreed with you until you mentioned haye. froch is not like haye. froch talks a lot of ****, gets in the ring with the best on a regular basis and puts on exciting fights. haye only talks a lot of ****.

I didn't mind either's attitude after that fight. There just different guys and Froch tells it the way he sees it. Sure he's arrogant but **** man he's not unfair. And is nothing but compliments for pretty much every other fighter he's faced. And its not like Dirrell didn't **** him off pre-fight with the copious amount of **** he was talking.

If I can blaze through the Taylors, Pascals, Dirrells, Kesslers, Abrahams etc then I'd fail to see how anyone can declare that I haven't got the best record. You'll get the knockers who will say, ‘Ah, but this guy would have beaten him’, and you always will. But at the end of the day that's simply hypothetical - it’s the names beaten and not the unblemished record that counts.

To have great names in their prime and an unblemished record would be something else, but when you constantly fight the best you have to be prepared for decisions not always going your way. All the greats I admire have losses - it's all about learning from them should they occur. Fear of losing should never get in the way of a great match-up.

Good interview. Might the above text be construed as a swipe at Joe C.?
Seems like a it might be. Anyway, I like Froch's attitude. I would have liked to hear something on the Dirrell fight and the controversial split decision, but overall, a good read. Thanks.

Say what you want about Froch, but he comes to fight and has balls the size of church bells!

Froch was correct about Dirrell and also very correct about Ward's headbutts, esp. the headbutt that came from left field which was on purpose, no doubt about that one. Ward's referee helped him out.

    Good interview.

    Such an exciting fighter.

Hope the BBC or someone else pulls their finger out to put him on T.V.

Will be there for the Kessler fight.

    It's gonna be a war!

I can't say is there is a more straight-talking honest fighter in boxing.

Like him or not, you should respect him.

Too many 'business managers' are out there deciding who fights who, based on profit/risk.

    It's bloody ruining the sport.

2010 has been all about fights that were SUPPOSED to happen, being f*cked up by ego's and negotiations.

Froch has not a breath of fresh air... he is a fookin rainforest of oxygen in the sport of boxing !!

Very well said. Floyd, are you listening?

Great interview. The exact opposite of Floyd Mayweather. He is more than willing to put his unbeaten record on the line against anyone. I hope he wins the super six but i think he will come up short.

the differnce with De La Hoya though, and he admitted this, he lost a couple of years of his career through his partying etc. Froch on the other hand is a gym rat. Total fitness freak, dedicated and lives the life of solitude when in camp.

I can't deny Froch is always extremely confident and doesn't seem to be bothered one bit by Kessler. But IMO he's still getting KOd.
