    Was posted already but I will say it again ! Hell of a documentary ,much better than any 24/7 ,I could listen to McCrackin talk shop all day ! Great stuff :good

    Wow, great stuff; if Froch implements what McCrackin is telling him, then he's got a good shot. Only thing is, Bute must comply.

    I like the fact theyre working on footwork and not squaring up.

    Sometimes in the past, froch has shown to be slow and he turns like an old steam engine.

    Hopefully hes added some extra guile for this fight and wont be so square on

    Remember the Mayweather-esque defense he was preparing for Dirrell?

    When Froch gets in the ring, it all goes out the window and he throws for the fences.

    McCrackin speaks the truth. If Froch can make small but fruitful improvements like they're trying to, he's got a shot at beating Bute.

    good video. anyone else find it odd that his kid is blond while he and his wife have dark brown hair?

    :lol: no, i know what your thinking and it doesn't work like that. Someone in the family history will have blonde hair.

    Rob McCrackin seem good trainer but he always looks absolutely miserable to me.

    No I woz blonde until I was about four, from then on dark brown.

    i liked the video with both guys better. bute seems like a really good dude. very modest. rare these days.
