Froch said after fight due to Ward being there 'i held some of my cards back, knew i could win in second gear'. something like that anyways..

Johnson and Bute sparred over a 100 rounds and it showed as Bute knew how to handle Johnson.

Froch needs that arrogance, He needs to believe he's better then he is. That's what makes him a champion. He's not as talented as he thinks but that belief is what gets him wins. That is what champions are made of..

:deal every word of this, people seem to forget that bute and johnson have sparred extensively, with bute being known as a cherry picker, would he really have got in a ring with johnson without knowing he'd look good against him?

Maybe, but it would certainly be nice if Bute got off of his bootay and actually proved it rather than feasting on Frochs leftovers

Glen Johnson v bute was just the road warrior getting a pay check he made no real effort to even try and win the fight. You could tell the way he raised his gloves at end he was just happy to bum his way through 12 rounds:yep

Hes only fought one Froch "leftover", you could say the same about Froch fighting Ward "leftovers"

And Froch lost to one of Ward's leftovers! Also, Ward got one of Dirrell and Froch's leftovers. Really, it's a silly argument to make either way.

Exactly, Bute knows what he's doing it's a good win against a good fighter but he knew why and when to take Johnson.

I'm a Froch fan, but the movers will always beat him.

Wared and Bute will really out it on him.

If Dirrell had any balls he would of done it as well.

Not really the first part of the word di- means dismissed, disapproved, disappointed, disgrace - i.e. a judgement has been made, to reject whatever has occurred from an level of standards or morality.

Disinterested means the subject is not worthy of your time.

Indifferent means it is not of personal interest to you.

I.e independent, impartial (I know this is different - coming to mind the diff part is related to dis - diffident, difficult etc, perhaps in this case of 'Indifferent' the 'diff' part of the word is more important.)

Most words are variations on a theme - depart, apart. If you change the beginning middle or end you end up with a new word and a new meaning.

Sorry to be a pseud but it's interesting to think how language emerges, English is a bizarre language because the words come from completely different sources, but if you pay attention you can see patterns emerge, I'll stop boring you now :!:

EDIT Sorry, just realized you said uninterested. I've been even more of a prize plum than usual.
