Carl Froch enters training camp at 175lbs

I'm don't know if i was dreaming since i can't find that article anymore but i read something yesterday about Froch wanted to go down to 160 lbs after the tourney :huh since i can't find where i read this and i'm not even sure if i read it to be honest :roll:

 

he looks lean enough at 168.

 

I read the opposite; he wants to move up to light heavy and fight Jean Pascal again

 

No. His walk around weight isn't much higher than SMW.

 

Probably dreaming. There have been articles that suggested middleweight king Sergio Martinez might fight him though.

 

Froch is a true super-middleweight. I'm sick of fighters like Chavez Jr gaining 20 pounds after the weigh-in. They should bring back same day weigh-ins.

That's probaly what i read before my brain **** up the story :nut Froch could do 160lbs though if he walk at 175lbs. Can you imagine what kind of beast he would be at 160lbs:admin

He is always around the weight when he is not in camp

 

To put it into perspective, Ricky Hatton started training at the same weight.

 

Based on what I've heard in the past 175 is just a tad heavy for Froch. During the Taylor fight Bernstien and company said Froch normally walks around at 172-173. Froch is a gym rat.

Maybe he could cut down to 164 to fight Sergio then in the future
