l.o.l The reason Bute got knocked out was his **** defence.. Why is he bigging up bute for winning a round. He massively underestimated Froch and got seriously hurt.. It was one of the biggest beat downs ever in britain for a world title fight..

Carl Froch is the most one dimensional stiff fighter I have ever seen. He is such an ugly, awkward fighter. The only time he has success is when his opponent goes in there with the same mindset and plays his game of checkers. Carl Froch is the master of one thing, encouraging a fighter to commit during a fight. When this happens, it opens up the door for Froch to put the pressure on, playing the fight right into his hands. many fighters go in with a gameplan, stick to it for 2 or 3 rounds, and then start trading. It's just crazy up against Carl Froch, if you discipline yourself, he can be easy work.

When he is up against someone who wants to play chess, who is smart enough to fight around Froch, Froch looks so average and is found wanting.

People assume Andre Ward laid down the foundations on how to beat Carl Froch, but it wasn't, it was Jermain Taylor for 11 rounds.

I don't know if Froch will end up fighting these sort of fighters again, I just don't know, but if he does, he'll be exposed again.

Yusuf Mack is a nobody, but I'm beginning to think his style and decent defence may throw Froch of, and I see a similar fight to the Jermain Taylor fight, where he has success, but then gets cocky, and this is where Froch capitalizes.

But lets be honest, if a fighter goes in there and sticks to the gameplan to defeat Carl Froch, he can be beat....convincingly.

You just like noising people up by slaughtering popular fighters Craney. No one ever said Froch had the natural talent of Arguello.
At the moment,Froch nad Burns are riding high and you thrive on reactionary negative posts and threads on them.
There's far more to Carl Froch than depending solely on an opponent sticking to their gameplan. The old Taylor whinge carries the same sort of weight as the Klittards bitching about Lennox.

I've been heavily supportive of British fighters, and I have made those feelings clear also. Fanboys shouldn't get so upset if somebody thinks "your" fighter is one dimensional or average, nor should they if people believe they are an exposure waiting to happen. People have their opinions, as do you :asskiss Carl Froch, we're letting you have your view, so show us some respect and let us have ours.

If there is more to Carl Froch, then tell us why. Apart from a chin and stamina, as a boxer, purely as a boxer, Carl Froch is awful to watch, but he gets the job done as soon as his opponent sinks to his level psychologically.

When they rise above it, step back, analyze, realize and recognize, then take action, The Cobra looks like a lost sheep in the ring.

By no means is it an embarrassment to be schooled by Jermain Taylor for 11 rounds, Andre Ward for 12, or Mikkel Kessler for a large part, no embarrassment at all, these are top level fighters, but it doesn't mean he hasn't been exposed for what he is.

Which is a domestic level fighter.

(For the idiots on here, that last sentence was a joke, don't get :scaredas: )

Defintley think Bute has defintley just met his match .Southpaw good skill but you can tell he's not as big and heavy handed as Froch .His shots couldn't hurt Froch .Styles make fights .Froch is just too good a legit big relentless supermiddleweight for him .I've got Froch ko rematch . Bute will make another mistake and get sparked .

You honestly believe Taylor and Kessler schooled Froch? Your watching the wrong sport.

Bute is clearly not as powerful as Froch, he can't hurt him, but HE CAN outbox him and be smart for 12 rounds. It's all about keeping to a very strict gameplan and not letting your macho side out.

Bute has the ability to make it a very awkward difficult night for Carl Froch, IF, I repeat IF, he sticks to a strict gameplan, the moment he steps out of that, I feel the fight will end in the same way as the first.

Bute just has to do a David Haye vs. Nikolai Valuev. Just take keeping to a gameplan to a whole new level and be as negative and cautious as possible, the more the fight goes on, the more it frustrates Carl, the less accurate his punches are, the more wound up he gets. Unless Bute does a Jermain Taylor, and gets cocky in the final rounds, he can easily outbox Carl, avoid getting tagged, and make Carl look so amateur in the process.
