There might not be one. If Joe drops the belt, the WBC might recognise the winner as the eliminator as the Champ, as per their rules, quoted earlier in the thread...the winner would not be an unworthy Champion, in my opinion...Still, the WBC might want Kessler back on the cards...they might allow him to fight an eliminator against another opponent...with the winner fighting for the vacant belt against the winner of Inkin v. Froch...(It seems to me the WBC would not miss on the chance to be associated with someone like Kessler). Also, they would make more money if two eliminators were fought (sanctioning fees).
