which real 168lb fighter has he beat since pascal? people hate to admit it but he gave a poor performance and showing against dirrell a fight which would have been scored atleast a draw in any neutral venue, he was outclassed by ward and mikkle kessler was there for the taking, the evidence is clear to see that mikkle kessler was not as good when he fought froch back in 2010 in comparison to how he was back in 2007 against calzaghe (timing, accuracy, footwork were not there). I'll give him props for beating jean pascal but fighters like taylor and anraham were glorified middleweights who had done nothing at 168.

he lost to kessler and ward and got out boxed by dirrell got floored by jermaine taylor and looked unimpressive againts glen johnson simples

  6. So what if he lost to Kessler and Ward?

Dirrell didn't outbox him at all. He boxed on the outside alright, about a mile out of range, he fought like a ****** for ten rounds.

Knockdowns don't mean **** all, and only Bute has done a better job on Johnson in recent years.

Dirrell v froch was 12 round u mug and u dont no **** all about bout boxing if u think boxing on the back fott and counter punching is boxing like a ****** you beer swelling football hooligan wannabee whos never laced in his life:hi:

  10. I'm well aware that Dirrell vs Froch was 12 rounds, I was there and had to suffer watching Dirrell run for ten of them.

His ''boxing'' wasn't of the back foot variety, it was blatant running most of the time.

It was running, and one of the most negative performances I have ever seen at 'Elite' level. A shocking indictment of the current amateur system IMO.

I scored the fight for Dirrell watching it live (on TV) but rewatching I thought he just didn't land enough punches to win and gave it to Froch.

At the arena it definitely seemed to me that Froch had won. Afterwards I gave it to Dirrell on cleaner punches, but with such a low output showing I always think "do a few cuffing blows outdo only one or two actual clean scoring punches"?

Dirrrell won clearly unless rabbit punching and hitting on the break count as scoring shots, if they do then Dirrell won close.
