Froch like him or not carved out a very good career with his basic skills using sheer determination and never say die attitude and added to that his toughness and fitness as well as the fact he would travel anywhere to get the big fights. It’s best to judge fighters on what they have achieved in there careers and not on there personality’s as a lot of fighters are nothing like what you would expect when you do meet them imo .

 

Lmao for folks being mad at Carl for saying that. He went super easy on Khan. If people think what Carl said was bad imagine if they hear someone say the truth and say Khan absolutely stunk which he did and more to the point Khan entire career has been a fraud and hype job.

That's the problem with boxing and why it is a dying sport. Folks try to pump up hype jobs just because they have fan support. Yes Khan may have a decent amount of fans but he has never been close to being a great fighter. And anyone who has thought otherwise is an idiot.

Forget popularity I want to watch great fighters. Not guys with a great marketing team behind them.

He earned millions, won multiple titles at super middleweight , fought a Who's Who of that division & put on some of the greatest fights of the past 15 years.. if Froch doesn't get in the hall of fame it will be a tragedy… & apart from Josh Taylor and Tyson Fury he's probably the third best British fighter post Calzaghe too.. he's a fkin legend so what are u talking about? It's Khan that is seen as a punch line LOL… The guy is usually out on his feet for a 3rd of a fight.. his chin is a running joke in boxing.. he was a massively overrated fighter for what he actually achieved.. Froch did it the hard way, and went on one of the best runs of opposition in recent years
