    He was better than decent. He won a bronze at the world championships...and beat up some dude I went to school while he was at it too. He is one of my favourite fighters and I think his skills and speed are underrate....what I wonder is how he came to fight and train the way he does. Its like he tried the conventional way of throwing punches and just decided, nope this way doesn't work for my body, I think I'll do it this way instead.

    Yes, I agree with you but at that point in his career that was a good fight for his progression. Also his fight with Brain McGee was a balls move at that point in his career and as a manager it's the type of move that you don't make if your trying to protect a guy.

    He is old school 40-60s type. Gutsy bomber with good stiff power, stanima and determination. I think he will get bombed on against kessler. I got him beating abraham after that.

    I also think Froch will beat AA. AA has just never been in the ring with anything like Froch. Froch is a huge, long-armed and strong SMW.

    kesslers been sparring with cruiserweights.....and froch is running track and leaping over limbo sticks....

    kessler needs to toughen up against the swarming slugger... and froch needs to be able to keep that pace.

    I don't think he has. I think Jimmy Montoya said that he once put him in with a cruiserweight and that Kessler beat the **** out of him.

    I know that Kessler has been sparring Patrick Reinhard Nielsen. Danish middleweight prospect:

    Lolenga Mock and two foreign fighters I don't know who is. I hope that Jimmy Montoya brought them over to spar and that they are tough cause Patrick and Mock won't cut it for Kessler.
