Considering that he's talented, unbeaten, got a big punch and exciting style, had a fair bit of exposure over terrestrial TV for some reason Froch isn't a big name.

Not quite sure why that is perhaps the poor domestic opposition (bar the obvious JC) hasn't helped, or maybe it's because he's English but not from Manchester or London.

I dunno. I sense he's building a following and it could explode if he wins this title in exciting style. The East Midlands lot will be behind him in force I suspect, and there's a fair few of them. I think he has a cold charisma people would like.

Has he even fought on terrestrial much? Can't remember. But he can't have fought often on ITV can he? I seem to remember most of his fights being on Sky, but my memory is abysmal.

Most of his recent fights have been on ITV.
I think that he is overrated and has a terribly padded record. Pascal can fight so I expect him to give Froch trouble. If he doesn't then I will post on here saying I was wrong :good

    Goooooooooo Pascal :bbb

Fighters say many things but in the end Di Bella will choose the best risk/reward for him. If Froch looks really impressive and he gets a lot of credit for his win, Taylor might fancy fighting Froch in Britain hoping to set up a fight with Calzaghe no less on the back of that. Just a theory, of course, but Taylor's said in the last couple of days that he is very interested in the outcome of Froch v. Pascal...so...let's wait and see. Taylor is holding all the aces and he could choose to fight any of the beltholders at 168 lbs. Given that it would be his second proper fight at 168 lbs, and given that he's coming off two loses, I don't think we should begrudge him any of Kessler, Bute, Froch/Pascal or Inkin/Balzsay next.
