If Carl lasts the distance, it'd be because he goes into survival mode.

    GGG by stoppage.

    Idk.....
Froch boxed from range vs Abe and hadn't really been heavily tagged by sometime with GGG stopping power and ring IQ.

NTM.....GGGS footwork makes Abe looked cement footed and his two handed power makes Taylor look feather fisted.

Carl's been hurt twice by GG....

    GGG gets him out quickly

You could make an argument Kessler and Abraham if they had the all out pressure fighting style GGG has would have had just as many KO's going into their fight with Froch, both were huge punchers maybe comparable to GGG and they couldn't badly hurt Froch, the Groves KD was because Froch underrated his punching power and thought he could walk right through Groves and his forward momentum and the velocity of Groves sharp counter had the same effect Marquez's KO of Pac had. Carl will not make the same mistake with GGG, he'll fight him cautiously from the get go just like he did AA. And Carl's jab will be powerful enough to make GGG think twice as well.

Froch showed he could box pretty well behind the jab in the second Kessler fight if he could do the same against GGG he wins..

if he is too big and strong, he should take the fight. it'd be a big payday, and look great on his resume.

BS. Golovkin has never had his chin checked by someone of Pavlik's or Taylor's level.

The fact that he's never been down or seemingly even hurt throughout his lengthy amateur and pro careers alone suggest that he has a good chin.

(And it's not like he's a defensive wiz either)

The longer he waits, the more it seems like Carl really should just retire.
He would be the first fighter GGG faced who actually might throw punches in anger, and if it takes 11 rounds to stop Murray, I don't see him getting blitzed by GGG unless he has aged overnight.
Froch can actually box, that might be his ticket here, and he has been hit by some big punchers, I think GGG might be great, someday, he might even be great now, he just hasn't had the competition to show it (not entirely his fault). His chin has never been tested by an elite fighter, either, it might be interesting to see. Appears pretty solid so far, but that can change in a heartbeat.

I will say that Froch should either Sh*t or get off the pot though, because the nonsense talk like this just makes him look insecure.

I hope Froch takes the fight. I still have hope he will fight atleast one more time either DeGale or GGG would be fine with me.
