Wasn't you cupcake so relax, just aimed at the Groves supports who are still slagging off Froch. Very Sad really.

yes Baby Groves hits hard alright. but he loves himself too much. he still thinks he is champ after getting his asshanded to him twice in a row.

He may well have a solid chin on him, all I'm saying is that he has yet to prove it against an established world level operator and Froch will test it.

In fairness to Groves.. he was a 21 year old 'boy' against Anderson (who can punch), Dickinson's a bigger lad, did Smith exactly 'rock' him??, sparring is sparring.. you work on different things so do get caught and the shot Froch sparkled him with was a ****ing belter.

Maybe Groves is chinny, just in my opinion from what I've seen.. I don't think he is. No he doesn't have the chin of a Froch or a Eubank, but it's sturdy enough.

Anyway, I don't detract from the original point on Froch to a debate on Groves.

The way Froch fights, especially at this stage in his career, a break will do him good especially off the back of the shots + pressure (both on fight nights & in the media) he was under in his last two fights.

If him and Degale is made for Feb/March, I hope it delivers.

Yeah although it must be quite sobering for Carl to go from a superfight in Vegas to another domestic showdown with a guy no one really cares about anymore

I'm cool don't worry sugar tits :good

It is sad. I'm a Groves fan, I've backed & followed him since he turned over as a pro but you can't dress up the fact Froch come out on top... whether Groves 'won more rounds' or hurt Froch like nobody else has done previously.. Froch was the man with his hand raised.

The first fight, yeah he put it on Froch & the ending was ****.. but the Wembley fight was to put it all to bed and prove who the better man was.

Froch landed the picture perfect shot and that was that.

That's why you have to worry whether or not he can "get up" for this fight with Degale.

He made it quite clear it was the Vegas fight he was after and he's just come off of two domestic showdowns.

He should just retire, nothing else to prove. Fighting degale won't improve his CV.

The only fight that would, is if he had a rematch with Ward and won. But that won't happen

I don't know how you can't "get up" for a Degale fight. If be chomping at the bit if I had a chance to punch that big old melon head of his

Would love to see that happen although I highly doubt it ever comes off, but yeah I'd be backing Froch also.

I rate GGG big time, but who's to say his power carries up to 168 - especially against someone who is seemingly made of iron like Froch?
