Carl Froch is one of the best boxers in in many years

  1. Damaged Taylor.. haha

A fighter loses and automatically becomes damaged these days. Taylor's problem has always been stamina and that's what got him beat against Froch. Just so happens that Froch has got very good stamina to the point he can come out for the 12th and look totally fresh and go for the kill by throwing non stop punches.

If we play that game then Ward is a bum, he has only beat
Froch (who is vastly overated and was lucky not to lose to Taylor, lost to Kessler, Lost to Dirrell ect)
Kessler who lost to vastly overated and cowardly Calzaghe and already mentioned overated FRoch
AA who lost to already mentioned Froch
Dawson who was weight drained and lost bad in his very next fight.

So using all this twwisting logic ive just turned Ward into a hyped boxer who has never beat anyone good!
Ofc the reality is thats not how it works!

anyone who denies Froch as being a great fighter should go and find another sport.

his resume speaks volumes about how truly good he is. Froch is what the combat world is all about.

he's exciting as hell, but all you do is try and slate the guy.

ANY country would chop their right hand off for Froch to represent them.

You can't conclude those things about the boxers while at the same time ignoring all the great feats and victories of the boxers. Makes no sense.

Froch is one of the last true warriors of the boxing world and he got my full respect, he will fight anyone, anywhere, but it's Ward's turn to come to Nottingham now! Look how cool Kessler was, Kessler beat Froch in Denmark, and in return, Kessler came and got beaten by Froch in England. I'm not saying that Froch will beat Ward. I actually doubt that he will. Not impossible, but doubtful. However. I still hope that Ward is man enough to take the chance. There's a reason that more people like Kessler than people who like Ward, even if Ward is better than Kessler, because Kessler is a true warrior who isn't afraid to travel, even when having lost on the road before.

Yep that was my whole point, it is easy to pick and choose traits, fights, outcomes to suit an argument or twist things to look a certain way, but to do so means u ignore all the other variables :)

In your little delusional world maybe. Certainly one of the best today. Of all time? Hell no.

Then mention 10 better SMW than Froch, please, and don't bring up any sh!t like Sven Ottke or prime Robin Reid (who is indeed a very good boxer, but not as much as Froch). I mean, if you had mentioned Chris Eubank, for example, I could agree that hey may be better than Froch, but you're making some stupid ass arguments. I do agree that Calzaghe, Ward and Dirrell seem better, but don't turn a small thing into a big thing, there have never been 10 SMW boxers who were better than Froch. Only very few.

He's not a great fighter, he's a good fighter with some good wins (eg Pascal and Bute) but great fighters don't need a gift against guys as green as Dirrell nor do they go life and death with a very faded Kessler twice.

He get's credit for losses when discussing his resume.

Oh and he doesn't represent any country, he's not an amateur.

Hold on im confused, either Direll is potentially one of the best at 168 maybe even better than Ward or he is someone to be ashamed to have gotten a gift against?

Dirrell is, well, at least WAS, the number 2 guy in the division, skillwise. Now, his inactivity has possibly ruined him, he couldn't even KO Michael Gbenga. There is no shame in being outboxed by Dirrell, but people try to make both Froch and Dirrell seem bad, lol.
