No doubt in my mind, the long peabody Bute, with or without his referee friend will not see the 12th round. So long as they don't give Bute a 300ft square ring to run for his life, Froch takes this in style. This content is protected
Till then he has to take care of Pascal. And don't forget,Froch was offered to fight Bute but turned down.He knew better
Maybe. Maybe not. From what I've seen of Froch he's a bit slow and tends to telegraph his punches. I'm not ready to heap dirt on Bute just yet. Andrade is a tough customer. Bute landed some wicked shots in that fight. I just wonder how Froch would handle some of those shots because looking at him he looks a bit easy to hit.
Never been down Amateur or Pro. Doubt the pea-shooter Bute has the offence to check Froch's chin. Thunder - Froch wasn't going to give up his chance of the WBC title for the phony IBF.
A bit slow? He makes Andrade look like a slickster. After what happened this fight, do you think Bute will make the same mistake again? I think not. Bute by dominating UD.
Carl Froch is by far one of the most overhyped/overrated fighter I have ever seen in my life. For god sake, the guy can barely even throw a straight punch.
IMO Froch hasn't fought anyone that is even in the same league as Bute. I think we got a bunch of fanatics here caught up in the hysteria of the controversial ending of the Bute Andrade fight. Froch from what I've seen is a very crude fighter. He's going to eat some serious leather to land anything against a skilled fighter. With the way he fights he better be blessed with a chin along the lines of Andrade.
When we talk about overhyped talents...Carl Froch is the perfect example, just like Edison MIranda, just like Sam Peter ! Another limited boxer talent wise which will not make a lasting mark at 168 lbs, win or lose a belt at any point....
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?cat=boxer&human_id=97570 Not bad for someone who can barely throw a straight punch :hi:
