    He is like Eric Cartman in that one episode of Southpark, 'fishstix'. Where at the beginning he turns up at jimmy's house sits on the couch and eats snacks whilst jimmy writes a joke that goes world wide and gets hugely popular. By the end of the episode Cartman convinces himself that he wrote the joke himself, not Jimmy, Whilst slaying a monster and saving the entire town in the process... Carl Froch is Eric Cartman. His ego won't allow him to accept the truth of what has happened so he is making up alternate scenarios in his head and convincing himself that this is what happened.

    It was said Sunday night at the Sports Personality Awards. I don't previously recall a statement from Carl on why he won't fight George again. If I missed it I apologise.
