Same here, for me Dirrell Froch was close but very clear. The reason there's so much controversy is because people try to make a winner in a round were there are no winners. I made a thread on this before where I said the first two rounds of that fight were 10/10 rounds because nothing happened, but yeah, to me, debatable is Barrera/Morales or Pac/Marquez.

Well, you're entitled to your opinion. But I think its pretty impossible to score that fight by more than a point either way, if you're doing it properly.

Imo dirrel made the fight against froch a amature fight in a way of which it had to be scored so to me dirrel won by a mile

I'm ok with people feeling that Froch-Dirrel was close, simply because there were two contrasting styles/approachs and its a personal preference of which you prefer. For me, Dirrel was the more clean and effective puncher and Froch was flailing about, keeping busy but looking inept and ineffective. I don't recall the exact specifics, but I believe I had Dirrel up by 3 rounds.

Now, the idea that Froch was robbed against Kessler is totally different. To me, there isn't really room for a lot of subjectivity, Kessler out-fought Froch for the most part and absolutely deserved the decision. The fact that Froch can bemoan hometown decisions about this fight, and on the back of 'beating' Dirrel, is extremly ironic, and once again casts the Cobra in a very bad light.

Twat...his was the most questionable decision in the tournament by a mile. The refereeing and the judging was in his favour.

God, let's not start this wank, please. I can score a fight. I don't display a negative or positive bias during a fight, just during my picks (and I'm honest about my heart ruling my head at times).

Close but clear, is the point I'm making. Close doesn't mean a robbery.

Bute will have a panic attack if Froch wins the s6 and then he would retire

The thing that tickles me is that there have only been three fights in the tournament thus far which have ended by decision. When Froch says the hometown decisions (plural) have been a disgrace, he implies that there have been more than one. Now assuming that one of the decisions he is talking about is Kessler's over him, surely nobody can suggest Watf over Kessler was a hometown decision (the refereeing may have been another matter with the headbutts, but still...) So is he, by implication, suggesting that his own win over Dirrell was a hometown decision and a "disgrace"? Guy needs to engage his brain before speaking methinks!

He's probably meaning the reffing in the Ward-Kessler fight, and the DQ to abraham, although he is clutching at straws tbh. I think he's making excuses because he knows he is no way near a star in this country, his ultimate goal was the stardom and big money, but now he's lost anything he had built up has gone down the swanny...by claiming it was a hometown decision he's ingraining that into fans heads so they still think he's the best...

He lost a fight , fighters sometimes do that, it happens. Jesus Christ this board gets more like the general every day. Anyone who describes either Froch - Dirrell or Froch - Kessler as robberies is just plain stupid. I had Froch beating Dirrell, and a draw against Kessler but I wouldn't have argued one way or the other with any one of six decision options...they were that close. Although the more I watched Froch - Dirrell the wider I made it to Froch, Andre was missing an awful lot that on first viewing looked like they were landing.
