Carl Froch- Technically ******ed

Defensively he is awful. Luckily for him he has granite in his jaw and fists. Underestimate him at your peril.

Yes he is a loudmouth and a bit of a dick, but he's very, very good.

 

Froch is not as bad as most here say he is and does indeed have a big punch and an iron chin. He stopped Reid, Tatesvoyan and McGee among others and just KO'd an undefeated Polish prospect.

Taylor should win a UD by boxing and moving. But if Jermaine goes toe-to-toe Frochy will likely win by KO.

A good chin and a big punch can take you a long way in boxing. Offensively he is excellent, he is a gym rat with great stamina, 1 punch KO power and a great chin. He's a top 5 SMW right now.

 

If a fighter doesn't believe he can kick anyone's ass, then he probably doesn't belong in a ring but we all know Froch is another Miranda waiting to get exposed for what he is :

''An exciting 1 punch KO potential but with little else to offer !!''

 

I'm sure a few gays are still debating it while being confused....

I'm not sure he has shown evidence of that.

 

Has he beat any top ten SMW's? Top 20? I am only slightly being rhetorical, if he has let me know.

 

Having a big punch does not make you an excellent offensive fighter. From what I've seen he has little offensively, and I doubt his power is what you make it out to be, at least not at a high level.

 

Carl Froch is a plodding slugger, nothing more.

He's probably one of the better SMW out there right now, but that tells you more about the current state of the SMW division that it does about Carl Froch.

 

You've not been watching. He often starts slow while he figures a guy out and then steps it up and finishes like few boxers can. He has talent, mark my words. He's no plodder, perhaps him planting his feet to land bombs on a guy he has no respect for might give that impression. But its a false one.
