By now you all know I think Froch is a great talent and I want him to fight Taylor win or lose - I don't want him protected; I welcome this fight I say let the fight happen THEN judge win/lose/draw.

Personally I think forall the perceieved weaknesses of Froch his power and persistence will help him prevail while his unorthodox punches will catch his opponets offguard; just take another look at the 2nd video the OP posted @ 2:50 with that uppercut - no way will Jermain be ready for punches like that, straight punches like that floored him against Pavlik for crying out loud!

 

Very flawed fighter, I get frustrated just watching him. The elite fighters in his division would dominate him (eg: Calzaghe, Kessler, etc).

 

I think he's overrated, and would pick Taylor to UD him. Like the thread starter said; Too wide open, looping punches, average speed, and not so great defense. He will be overwhelmed once he steps up, imo.
