On the basis of what we've seen of Froch so far, I'd say Woodhall by decision. Richie was a very sound (if unfantastic) boxer and I think would win a battle of the jabs while staying out of the way of Froch's biggest bombs. But I think, if Froch continues to perform as he does against top competition, I would revise that opinion. The big question about Froch is this: can he continue performing as impressively as he stays at the top of the division? If so, I think he'll be deservingly become a tough hypothetical h2h boxer.
Woodhall was a very good boxer with a fantastic jab and very good footwork!! I'd lean towards him on points!! Richie was also a very very tough man and could fight when he needed to. Froch is at his weakest when facing good fighters with good jabs..
