    Richie Woodall - Career highlights

Fought Roy Jones in the Olympics - and didnt disgrace himself

Stopped Silivio Branco for the European Middleweight title

Lost in the 12th and final round for Keith Holmes WBC World Middlewight title out in America

Moved up in weight - beat Sugar Boy Malinga - to become WBC World Super Middleweight Champion

Had WBC title fights against the likes of Marcus Beyer and Glenn Catley

Challenged Joe Calzaghe for his WBO World Super Middleweight title - didnt disgrace himself - was stopped in the 10th round

    Carl Froch - career highlights

Good international class amateur - to my knowledge

    Won British / European titles

Looked a hard banger with a lot of promise

Confirmed himself a serious player with a brutal stoppage of Brian Magee

Finally stepped up and won the WBC World Super Middleweight title

1st World title defence- big fight - went to America - came from behind to stop former Undisputed World Middleweight Champion Jermain Taylor

Now set to test himself even more - in the upcoming Super Middleweight tournament.................

this would be a very good fight, woodhall was much more technically sound with a very good jab it would be a pick'em fight i say Woodhall decision

On the basis of what we've seen of Froch so far, I'd say Woodhall by decision. Richie was a very sound (if unfantastic) boxer and I think would win a battle of the jabs while staying out of the way of Froch's biggest bombs.

But I think, if Froch continues to perform as he does against top competition, I would revise that opinion. The big question about Froch is this: can he continue performing as impressively as he stays at the top of the division? If so, I think he'll be deservingly become a tough hypothetical h2h boxer.

Woodhall was a very good boxer with a fantastic jab and very good footwork!! I'd lean towards him on points!! Richie was also a very very tough man and could fight when he needed to. Froch is at his weakest when facing good fighters with good jabs..;)
