Do you think it's possible Froch may underestimate this guy now he's been on a gautlet of 8 top class opponents and under prepare? :think
What's your point dumbass ? Everybody agrees to say that he deserves an easier fight except you. Are you aware of how dumb you look right now ?
I don't know much about Poulard and i do agree that Froch has fought top opposition as a champion he has a duty to fight the best or at least someone with a decent name. Not an "Easy one" I have a lot of respect for Froch but at this level NO ONE is entitled to easy fights. If he wanted an easier opponent he could of at least fought Pavlik and made it seem like a somewhat interesting fight.
If anyone deserves one easy hometown defence, it's Carl Froch. Joe Calzaghe did it for NINE YEARS solid, 1997-2006. I think Carl has (more than) earned ONE!
In all fairness, it's different for Mayweather and Pacquiao. They are the p4p elites who have been stomping top fighters for years and years and years. Froch is nowhere near this status. Mayweather was beating Hernandez and Manfredy in 1998. Pacquiao knocked out one of the best flyweights of the 1990s, Sasakul, in 1998. These guys are held to a higher standard because their days of fighting guys like Poulard came and went a long time ago. It would be a scandal for either of them to fight a Poulard, but Froch is making his 1st defence, has only been around the title scene 3-4 years now, and has had some losses he had to come back from. Not the same scenario AT ALL.
PrinceN is slaughtering Froch for taking his first easy fight in years when his hero Broner signed that well known P4P'r Gary Sykes as an opponent in what was considered one of the most disgraceful mismatches ever.Only Lamont prevented it from going ahead.
