Hopkins, obviously. Froch would struggle to lay a glove on a prime Hopkins.

You think Ward put the wood to Froch? Hopkins at his best would be a nightmare for the Cobra.

I love both guys, and I know the vast majority are going to go with Bernard, but there's a slight difference between Ward and Bernard that I think works in Froch's favour.
Not as wide as most will probably pick IMO.

froch is one of, if not my favorite fighter out right now but hopkins at his best would absolutely dominate froch. carl wouldn't know what to do. he'd realize very early that he has no shot at outboxing BHOP, and would go into destroy mode, which I love to see when he's fighting a guy who will war with him, but that mentality spells doom when fighting someone like the crafty, wily bernard hopkins.

Ward is a little rougher than Bernard, but at his best? Bernard had a little pop in his punches, plus you absolutely couldn't lay a glove on the guy. Froch would have a looooooooooooooong frustrating night. By the tenth round, after landing one or two clean punches the whole fight, Froch will be wishing the fight would hurry up and be over.

He'd retire post fight since he's not in boxing to get beat up.

It'd be another Pavlik type of fight. I couldn't think of a worser style for Froch.

BHOP at his best was a middleweight. Weight wise though a good measuring stick would be Pascal i guess so your looking at a close fight imo. BHOP Decision though as his so wily or he rolls around on the floor claiming fail if Froch starts landing on him.
