Froch doesn't fight a prime Charles but the middle weight version of Charles. This would give Froch a size advantage, plus Charles wouldn't have yet been in his prime.
When there's a case for the loser of this fight to not be in the top 10 wins of the winner, you probably shouldn't have made it. Like, I'm not even Joking I doubt Froch would've made Charles' top 10 wins. Charles wins in any way he wants, the only person who resembled Froch at world level who Charles fought were world level, were Yarosz and Bivins. Charles dismantled Bivins multiple times and schooled Teddy. Bivins was 1000x better and much bigger than Froch. Charles shuts him out and makes his face look like shredded pastry.
Reading teenage Charles is extremely difficult. He outpecked Burley very effectively - but Kid Tunero fought him to a standstill with relentless aggression and although he's much better Froch defensively, he's also a lot smaller. Now check the Overlin draw - same pattern. Charles starts well is forced to fight at a fast pace and drops off dramatically in the second half. That alarms me for picking him over Froch. I'll pick Froch to win over 12 or 15, Charles over 10. This is "middleweight Charles" (Charles as he existed as about 163 and under). He did very well fighting at his own pace, as a teenager, but when he was pressed he dropped off dramatically.
Some people are acting like if Charles was a terminator and nobody would have any chance against him lmao. In few days somebody will make a thread of charles against Ali ,Foreman,Tyson and Lewis at hw. Enough with this charlesmanía
