DAMN i thought Groves had survived the tough moments and was beginning to pull away.Respect Froch hope he does the same to Degale.

 

Actually you got to give some credit to Froch for that, he took Groves game away. Because Froch jabbed and rolled with any counters. Groves knew it would be silly to lunge in and fall out of balance, so he was tentative. That created enough doubt and distance for Froch to get some shots home.

If you know how to score a fight and aren't a complete Groves fanboy, that's a pretty good scorecard. He was getting nailed to the body for the last few rounds.

I had 4-1, first round was a draw. I must need to watch it again, but I have the feeling it could have been maximum 3-2. And then Froch won the next 2 rounds. He was also winning the eight won before the KO.

So 5-2, first round draw. :good I can't understand HBO! :huh
