His legs were fine terrible stoppage, Froch was much more hurt earlier in the fight than Groves was

I dont think he will take a shot like he used to after this. Theres going to be some accumulative effect after tonight. Carl gets tagged a fair bit but tonight went way beyond his usual.

If the that corrupt joke of a ref was being consistent he should have stopped the fight in the first round.

Let's just say I don't think Andre Ward will be coming to the UK anytime soon.

What's the difference between a standing 8, and 10 count when a guys gets knocked down. Why not just waive off all fights if a guy gets dropped, since by your logic, you shouldn't give fighters a chance to recover?

I've been screaming the longest that all fights should have standng 8, to prevent a referee's bad judgment from giving a fighter an undeserved TKO loss on his record.

I see potential in Groves but only if Ward moves up, he isnt beating Andre Ward but if he goes to LHW Groves could potentially be number 1 at 168...

There will be a discussion about Froch's whiskers at the next Chinchecker monthly meeting and I for one cannot wait.

Froch would be smart to retire. He will not beat Groves again and will not win against any top fighter again. The punishment he took tonite was severe indeed.

I would have respected Froch if he handed the belts over to Groves & said I'll collect these after the rematch.

Disagree. Juan Coggi vs Eder Gonzalez was the worse in my opinion physically and mentally. Gonzalez should have won a belt that night and was robbed. I don't understand why the boxing commission did not overturn it after seeing was transpired.

Many, many people have mentioned how hard Froch punches. According to pretty much everyone Froch hits very, very hard.

Groves has good explosive power for a SMW. Seems like he hit's as hard as any of the top guys at SMW.

Groves was fading fast especially after the shots Froch landed. Froch was imposing his will during round 9 & it showed. The other person watching the fight with me agreed that we were denied as was Froch, of a come from behind stoppage.
