Carl Froch vs George Groves

I wouldn't say Froch was lesser skilled than Bellew.

Bellew probably has better outside game, keeps things at distance well, but I think Froch is the more skilled all-rounder and can float in and out of distance and befuddle more.

Bellew seems a bit one-dimensional to me in terms of his movement and patterns.

I'm a big fan of both fighters especially Groves as I grew up near him, but I definitely think Froch just out toughs Groves and wears him down and stops him. He's stronger and more battle hardened, Anderson managed to rough up Groves and Froch would do a far better job.

Groves gets hit and is too easy to get into a tear up to beat Froch, I don't think he could stay away from him for 12 rounds and box to a decision or trouble Froch too much with his power as Froch has taken the power of bigger punchers.

 

Does anyone know when Groves' opponent is announced for his next fight?

 

It's a Commonwealth defence, so Groves opponent will look like the guy in your avatar.

 

froch was beating people on groves/degale level over 6 years ago,he would wipe the floor with these 2.
He is not slow,has a good defence and jab and bangs much harder than both said boxers,he is so underrated it gets ****ing irritating

It's easy to look at Froch fights and see how he loses, because he has glaring weaknesses, but he gets the job done.
