I'm sick of writing off Bernard Hopkins but I have a feeling Carl Froch would finish him. Pascal pushed him close in 2 fights even though he looked awful. I doubt Carl Froch would let him off that easily.

I'm going Froch by late stoppage.

The chances of this happening are at a minimum 9/10 months away. By that point if Froch wins the super 6, I think he wins.

Froch wins this I feel though its hard to write off Hopkins but you have to say even on last night great performance that he is slipping and where it used to be someone who had a really top end workrate that could beat Hopkins.

I now feel that somebody like Froch who has a decent dig on him and a good engine and will fight for all the 3 mins of 12 rounds could potentially get him out of there.

Hopkins would dominate Carl I'm afraid.

Pascal was able to trouble him at various points in both fights because he's explosive and throws really strange combinations.... but once Hopkins figured him out he couldn't let his hands go because he'd be countered every time.

Froch doesn't have anything in his armoury that can trouble him. Hopkins would take his jab away, he controls range too well to be hit regularly with bodyshots and even if he was hit with right hands he'd be able to take them.

Carl would give a good account of himself but would ultimately lose a lopsided decision.

:huh Froch beat Pascal more decisivly then Hopkins could in 2 fights. Froch would let his hands go and even if they get into a jabbing match Froch wouldn't look foolish like Pascal did, I would expect Carl to throw punches in bunches to Hopkins body and grind out a decision. No way it's lopsided, just my opinion:good

The only thing froch could use to his advantage is his stamina and bhops new found love for making a show of it. Other than that, bhop schools froch. Could be similar to jermain Taylor fight. Froch has better stmina than pascal but lacks the explosiVe speed

Would be a ****ing barn-burner this one. I don't know who to pick, but I'm going to take Hopkins based on his boxing IQ and ability. Froch can fight for 12 rounds, so Hopkins will be worked for the full 12. Hopkins is a sneaky fighter though and makes fighters look ordinary, I think he could outbox Froch.

:huhNever knew Taylor schooled Froch, I only had him 2 up going into the 12th round. That is not schooling, outboxed, yes.
