Im not sure Barkley would beat Groves , Kessler or Bute , never mind Froch.

You needed angles and movement to beat Froch. Blade had a rigid come forward style that Froch would tear to pieces.

Carl Froch as Barkley’s style was based on using his size and that was at middleweight, now, I know Barkley was probably a bigger super Middleweight than Froch, but Froch was a career Super Middleweight, and fought people who were bigger Barkley and won, Barkley one advantage that he has over most opponents is now no longer so useful, Froch would outbox him

I have to go with Froch. Too much staying power and durability

Barkley got beat up by a ****ing lightweight in Duran.
Granted, Duran is probably the greatest lightweight of all time, but he's still a lightweight nonetheless.
    My money's on Froch.

Froch wouldn't lay a glove on Duran.

This. He shouldn't be in the ring with Barkley. You can't put these modern pansies in with beasts like that.

Groves was x20 the puncher that Duran was.

Fatigue & attrition? Are you serious? Iran would punch himself out!

And Duran on that night would have beat the hell out of Froch

I've got Froch in this one. Barkley was tough as nails and physical as hell but Froch was a pretty durable dude that had some versatility. Would be a fun one to watch.

Every punch that Barkley throws will land. Even if he misses he will land. And Froch never went to war with someone like prime Barkley. Froch might survive to a decision loss but he will be running in the last rounds

    I highly doubt that.
