    I thought so too, Smith had to really reach with the right and there wasn't much power on it by the time it landed. His legs were already folding from the jab.

    Ward hadn't done much yet by that point. Kessler was thinking he was the co-fave along with Abraham, the remaining tourney field seemingly wide open. That was a breakout night for Ward, don't you agree? Besides, Kessler isn't really an excuse-maker. Quite an honest sportsman actually. So I take him at his word that he took Ward a bit lightly.
