I'm watching this old show Sports Life Stories and they have one on Carl Froch and there were two bits in the show that really intrigued me. One was when they talk about how much he struggled with confidence and nerves as an amateur and how big of a problem this was for him and the other was his wife saying that after the first Groves fight he was so upset he couldn't even say Groves' name and that he was a psychologyst about this. As I am fascinated by sports psychology, I would love to hear more, so does anyone know any interviews or shows or anything where Froch has spoken more about either one of these topics?
French has a YouTube channel with Groves, and another one of his own. You might try looking at those for possible answers.
