Just got in and still on a massive high after what for me will be a unforgettable night.

Thank you British Boxing. When we get it right my word it's special lads.

But a massive thank you goes to Carl and Mikkel. Seldom do you see a rematch live up to the first fight. I will miss them when there gone, two real warriors and yeah Froch can use that word as much as he likes.

The fans deserve a massive shout out as well.

I love this country. Night lads.

Oh and Froch won for me by 3-4 rounds.

    :lol::good.

I thought Froch had him ready to be taken out in 8th. 9th round comes and Kessler fights like a man possessed. It ebbed and flowed beautifully.

Thought it was a good fight. Think the first was slightly better, but it was still very good.

Froch won clearly. I think as we suspected Kessler was missing a step or two tonight. He wasn't way over the hill, but the intensity level in his performance was not quite there at the same level in this fight, and the reverse was true for Froch, he needed it more. Froch fought a much better tactical fight in this one utilising his jab a lot more powerfully which stopped Kessler being able to establish bodywork, but at the same time, Kessler just seemed to lack a little spark or ability to bulldoze forward which he did the first time, the bodywork was absent and he relied a lot on finding a big right hand which he quite often did at important times to keep him in the fight, but he was always fighting uphill and just finding the odd burst to keep him in it.

I think a combination of improved tactics from Froch (I wouldn't really say he's improved like he keeps going on about, he simply fought better, he implemented the exact same jabbing technique against Abraham) and Kessler really not having that fire to walk through what he did in the first fight meant a pretty clear win for Froch.

Kessler should probably retire, not a lot out there for him.

Watching it, I thought Froch was going to take him out at some point, Kessler looked a shadow of his former self then all of a sudden he went for it and showed his class, against a lesser man Kessler would have stopped them, Froch took some shots bang on the chin that would have normally took people out, Great fight and maybe Kessler's swansong, he went out swinging.

  7. The night was special

British fans make it an event and we have sportsmen like froch who will never say die
Was impressed with Kessler,I agree his class got him through and he hurt froch badly at one stage

It was a good night for British boxing and has thrust it onto the back pages ensuring it gets the positive coverage it sorely needs and deserves. For that Carl and Mikkel should get immense credit for delivering a thrilling contest. Also Fast Car Eddie deserves a lot of praise for bringing us this fight, you sort of get the feeling that Eddie was all in for this PPV and I hope that is rewarded when everything is totalled in order to ensure Matchroom can bring us further fights like this even if it does have to be PPV.

what?! I complained before if the fight was 17.95 then I might not like many others on here moaned about it. Craney started a thread a few days ago asking who was ordering it or not and I voted yes. Had family & friends over so was a good night. The fight was a classic, i never gave a **** about the undercard as I knew i would be watching the footy till 10 anyway. :good

Skills was there any trouble at the arena? Or did everyone behave themselves?

It seemed on TV everyone was well behaved and captivated by the fight....

One bloke in a wheelchair with cuts on face and patch on head to cover a cut.

Bottles of water and beer cups rained down on Danes. Other then that it was pretty much a happy night.
