    Agree with all that.

Watched it again and had it even more comfortably for Froch than I had initially. I think it's because I'm a bit biased towards Kessler and love the way he unloads combinations so even he only sporadically let his shots go I tended to score the round for him.

Froch landed more and in general forced the issue throughout.

Gotta say the fireworks and ticker tape when Froch won was pretty impressive. Anyone would of thought Froch is never fighting again. Great scenes. Some of the best I've seen in British Boxing ring for a long time. All genuine. Carl must of felt on top of the world!

    I've made it. Finally.

    Congrats Carl!

I have to ask though, if Kessler won that fight, do you think they would have let the fireworks of?

Eddie jumping in the ring in slow-mo....."Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo don't do ittttttt!!!!"

Eddie was jumping up and down like a kid in a sweet shop!

He aint bothered Carl won, he is jumping for joy because of the success of PPV. Eddie is new age, the bloke is already thinking ahead. He is a visionary! A prophet! A warrior! The SAVIOR of British Boxing!

    Bellew vs. Chilemba III PPV
    Brook vs. Jones III PPV
    Froch vs. Kessler III PPV

Its a wonder he wasn't wearing a pair of these:

    :rofl

Seriously though, Eddie was well excited! Imagine if it was the other way around? :yikes

Fair play to Carl and Eddie, they finally rebuilt some respect for boxing with the general public again.

What the **** are you on about..?

The general public this, the general public that.

It was probably only watched by afew 100,000. More people probably watched Fury vs Cunningham.

Met Spencer Oliver at Weigh In the other day. He seemed rushed but he still took the pic with me. Nice fella and always enjoyed him as a fighter. Should of been a world champion.

Sad to hear his dad past away tonight. Did a lot for the Finchley club. RIP Mr Oliver.

I agree mate, I guess I'm just shocked there is a British boxer actually deserving of the Sky hype and had an entertaining fight. But yeah I dont think this done amazing figures or anything. Outside Britain I'd say very few gave too much of a **** barring hardcore boxing fans.

  13. That's bad news mate

Spencer Oliver was a great boxer and tough as they come
He really was exciting and it was a real shame his career was cut so short

From what I can tell his dad was a real boxing man involved in the pros and ams and ran the flinchley club

I'm sure he spent some time in the gym with barker and chisora as well

It was a good production overall the fans were well behaved bar a few pints chucked and I sat next to a 70 year old man who seemed to have the time of his life! Ring walks were immense and the roof nearly came off when froch came out, the fight didnt disappoint either!

Just rewatched it. Sensational fight i have to say i honestly think it was better then the first fight. More technical but the atmosphere and 3 of the rounds had me wanting to wage war on someone .
