Just watched the Froch On Fighting with Bud.

TC is as always a polite respectful gentleman. A proper Role Model, Champion and Man.

    Respect.

    2 gentlemen.

Carl Froch is probably my favorite boxer to listen to now. I don't really listen to many, but anytime a new Froch on fighting is on, I'll have a watch. Bricktop still running the show.

He was virtually cornered into doing so because he was mocked relentlessly. It's his way of taking back control of his identity.

At least he respected Crawford enough to let him speak, Carl has a tendency to almost ignore or talk over anyone he considers beneath him. I watch everything he has to say because he has a lot of insight being a great champion but he can be funny with his behaviour and attitude sometimes depending on the person he's interacting with. I don't know why he bites on every fishing line Paul throws his way, he doesn't need to justify a single thing, he's a hall of famer lol.

He said his favorite fighter coming up was RJJ. Now maybe you wouldn't expect Bud to say that, but it reminds us how big of an inspiration Roy was to young fighters coming up.

In his prime Roy was the modern day GOAT he just carried on too long and became a meme.
I rate Roy a lot higher than Floyd for example. But below just below Ali as my GOAT.
