If Rocky hits him then Rocky. Subsititute Henry Akinwande and Rocky is a bleeding mess and gets stopped by the 5th round.

Could be a hard fight for Rocky tbh.Great jab from Carl and physical advantage s keeps Rocky struggling for a while .But I do see Marciano eventually catching him .Would be a out of the blue punch that drops Williams ,Rocky then pummels him till the ref jumps in .

Carl "The Truth" Williams?...the one was KO'd by Mike Weaver....it took Williams 16 months to get back into shape and back in the ring?.
.....that Williams?..a 1st round KO by Mike Tyson.....then he becomes a journeyman fighter.?...Marciano by murder!!!

If Carl had a stronger chin he would win. But he doesn't, so Marciano by 8th round kayo.

Marciano in about 5 rounds. Williams was wide open after he threw his jab and wide open for left hooks. kept those hands too low to beat a Marciano who will close the gap after getting hit.

I think Carl had enough intangibles to survive until then, barely, but enough.

The biggest problem with Carl Williams was that he couldn’t stand in the same room with a guy who threw a good left hook without having an allergic reaction. I think Rocky wins at some point or another
